Equipment:
Before booking with us make sure you know what you need. This will make for a speedy booking. Do you need cameras?, laptops ? soft boxes ? Will you need a sound technician for your recordings? Will you need a photographer or are you bringing your own ?
All of these services we can supply for your booking. Some come with an additional charges.
Dates:
Grabbing your ideal date is top of the list however sometimes its not possible, so have 2 - 3 back up dates ready.
Payment:
We will invoice you after your booking has been agreed for an electronic bank transfer. All invoices need to be settled 72 hours before your booking (when possible, if you get a last minute booking we will need to settle payment instantly)
Cancellations and Re scheduling:
If you need to cancel your booking, you will need to do it 48 hours before booking slot to insure your money back. Re scheduling will need to be done 24hours before your booking slot.
